Fleming Left Hand Rule

Fleming's Left Hand Rule

Sir John Ambrose Fleming gave a simple rule for finding the direction of the force experienced by a current carrying wire placed in a magnetic field that is perpendicular to the current in the wire. The force was found to be the maximum when the direction of magnetic field  was perpendicular to the direction of flow of current.
